Yoga | Wednesday 31st Jan. (11:00am - 12:30pm) | In the Temple of Light | FREE

Liz Mitchell will teach a gentle, strengthening and exploratory approach to the Yoga practice, and everyone is welcome to join in regardless of their experience level. This Yoga practice will particularly benefit those who find other Yoga classes too physically strenuous or demanding on the body.

Sessions will include information, discussion and the exploration of techniques. You do not need to have attended the previous sessions to join.
